Founder and Head coach
Josh Wilkinson is the founder of Colossus Fitness and has spent over a decade helping thousands of people transform their bodies and build sustainable fitness habits. His coaching philosophy is simple: fitness should improve your life, not take it over.
Josh believes the best transformations happen when people have clarity, accountability, and a plan that fits their real life. That's why Colossus focuses on personalized coaching and long term results instead of quick fixes.
Outside of coaching, Josh's favorite role is being a dad. Most of his life revolves around his wife and two boys. If he's not training clients or working on the business, he's usually chasing them around the house or teaching them how to be strong, kind, and confident.
Before becoming a coach, Josh had a bit of an adrenaline-seeking side. He was a sponsored skateboarder and even raced motocross, which helped shape his love for pushing limits and doing things that are a little outside his comfort zone.
Movement is still a huge part of his life. Whether it's lifting, hiking, hockey, volleyball, or anything active, Josh is usually in. Fitness isn't just his career, its his playground.
When the day winds down, you'll often find him reading. Over the past few years he's read more than 100 books, ranging from business and psychology to biographies. But he also enjoys getting lost in great fiction, especially his favorite series, Red rising.

Kyle Grondin is the co-founder of Colossus Fitness and has spent years helping people transform their bodies while building healthier, more balanced lifestyles. His coaching philosophy is centered around sustainability, creating habits and routines people can actually maintain long term.
Kyle has always loved exploring different sides of fitness. Over the years he's competed in powerlifting meets, stepped on stage for a physique competition, run a marathon, and even completed an ultra marathon relay. That experience across multiple disciplines helps him understand what it takes to push limits while still staying healthy and consistent.
Outside of coaching, Kyle's favorite role is being a dad. He's a proud girl dad and spends much of his time with his daughter and their two dogs, a golden retriever and a husky mix. Whether it's playing outside, going for long walks, or just relaxing together at home, time with them is easily the best part of his day.
Kyle is also a firm believer that fitness should enhance your life, not restrict it. While he takes training seriously, he's never shy about enjoying dessert. Ice cream, cookies, pastries, balance is key, and enjoying the foods you love is part of a sustainable lifestyle.
At the core of everything Kyle does is a passion for helping people break through their struggles with health and confidence. Seeing clients build momentum, gain confidence, and feel proud of themselves again is what drives him every day as a coach.

Krista Graveline is a coach at Colossus Fitness who understands firsthand what it’s like to struggle with body image, nutrition, and consistency. After gaining over 50 pounds following high school, she made the decision to take control of her health and change her habits for good.
Within a year, Krista lost over 60 pounds and rebuilt her relationship with food, movement, and herself. That experience became the foundation of her coaching. Since completing her education in health and fitness in 2021, she has helped over 1,000 people transform both physically and mentally.
Krista believes fitness is about more than just looking and feeling your best, those are byproducts. Her coaching focuses on building confidence, overcoming self-doubt, and creating a lifestyle that feels balanced and sustainable.
Having experienced both sides of the spectrum, she emphasizes balance above all else. She helps clients let go of self-destructive habits, shift their mindset, and focus on progress over perfection.
Outside of coaching, Krista is deeply creative. She plays multiple instruments, collects vinyl, and has a strong passion for art and interior design. She also enjoys working on creative projects, growing plants, and getting out for new adventures whenever she can.
Fitness gave Krista her life back, and now she’s here to help others do the same.

Corey James is a coach at Colossus Fitness who believes getting in shape should not mean giving up the foods you love or living an all or nothing lifestyle. His approach is simple. Build habits that fit your real life so your results actually last.
Corey has built a physique he is proud of while still enjoying the foods he loves by following an 80 20 approach. He focuses on consistency over extremes and teaches his clients how to create sustainable results without restriction.
At just 19 years old, Corey went all in on becoming a fitness coach and never looked back. With no backup plan, he committed fully to improving his craft, building strong client relationships, and delivering real results both physically and mentally.
For Corey, coaching is about more than just looking better. He believes everyone deserves to feel good in their body, move better, have more energy, and build real confidence. That belief drives everything he does with his clients.
Outside of coaching, Corey has a deep love for sports. Whether he is playing, watching, or breaking down games, that competitive mindset shows up in his coaching by helping clients stay disciplined and keep progressing.
When he is not coaching, you will usually find him talking sports, overanalyzing games, or deciding whether he has earned another donut, which he usually has. He brings great energy, keeps things simple, and gives honest advice his clients can actually follow.

Who we are
Colossus Fitness was founded with one simple belief:
People don’t fail because they lack effort, they fail because they haven’t had coaching built around real life.
Every coach you’ll work with here isn’t a personality, they are full-time professionals who live, breathe, and coach fitness every day. We focus on clarity, accountability, and consistency, the things that actually allow results to stick long term.

Plan
Your training and nutrition are built around your goals, schedule, and starting point, not a template.
Feedback
Weekly check-ins show what’s working, what isn’t, and how real life is affecting your progress.
Adjust
Your plan is updated based on feedback, before progress stalls or motivation drops.
Repeat
Small, consistent adjustments compound into sustainable results over time.
Our approach
We don’t sell one-size-fits-all programs or generic templates that break as soon as life gets busy. Our coaching is individualized, responsive, and rooted in real progression, not quick fixes.
Four principles that guide everything we do:
1
Real 1-on-1 coaching
2
Adaptive plans
3
Accountability built in
4
Sustainable results
Our story
Why do so many people try hard, but fail to keep results?
Josh and Kyle both saw the same pattern in their coaching careers, people with great effort but no support system that adapted to real life. So they built a coaching system that puts people first, not fancy programs. This isn’t about overnight transformations, it’s about results that last for life.

Core values
Your goals and life come first.
Sustainable results
We don’t sell hype
Accountability first
